We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2024, at the age of 86, Francis Choate (Kerens, Texas), born in Cooper, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Ann Cade Choate of Kerens; his mother Frances Choate of Sulphur Springs, TX; and his sister Sherria Rouse (Robert) of Cooper, TX.. He is survived by: his children, Barry (Sandra) of Malakoff, TX and Catherine (Ronnie) of Magnolia, TX; his brother Randell (Carolyn) of Rockwall, TX.; his grandsons, Hunter Choate (D'Anna) of Malakoff, TX, Tanner Kiker (Seth) of Rotan, TX and John Schindler of Magnolia, TX.; and also, Jordin, Riley Choate of Malakoff, Kydee, Taylee and Tegan Kiker of Rotan, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the First Methodist Church of Kerens or to your favorite charity in his memory.
