He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blissett and Ruby Blissett; and his wife Janis. He is survived by: his children, Terri Powell (Mark) of Cedar Hill and Kurt Blissett (Roxanne) of Plano; his grandsons, Zach Powell (Kelly) of Desoto and Cody Powell (Tabitha) of Corsicana; and his great grandchildren, Rachel Powell of Cedar Hill, Jordan and Chloe Powell of Corsicana.
