She is survived by: her husband George Shafer; her children, Betty Garner, Kathy (Luttrell), Michele (Gary Herron), Terry (Sam Dwiggins) and Bridget Hodges; her stepchildren, George Lee, Anye Shafer, Patricia (Brenda Kilpatrick) and Josh Miller; and her children, Buster and Louise. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grand child.
