She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carl Foust and Vesta Peterman Foust; and her sister Jo Helfenstine. She is survived by: her children, Joy Bardin and John Bardin; her grandson Sean Bardin; and her nieces, Vickie Helfenstine, Barbara Sands and Linda Hill Steinmetz. She is also survived by friends, teaching co-workers.
