It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Davis of Kennedale, Texas, born in Paris, Texas, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Eugene Davis; her parents, Raymond Andrew Burch (Ruby Burch) and Helen Mae Burch (JC Peel); and her brother Robert Burch. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Knotts (Kim), Kimberly Knotts and Amy Pogue (Paris); and her grandchildren, Justin Knotts, Jason Knotts (Bria), Heath Goggans, Sydnee Pogue (Cole), Tanner Pogue (Mckinlee), Holden Davis, Mackenna Davis and Rachel Reagan.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations made to the Susan G. Komen organization for breast cancer, or a local animal rescue facility.
