We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 93, Bessie Winnell Tice (Kennedale, Texas), born in Dawson, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Tice; her former husband Artie Putman; her parents, Sam Moore and Hazel Moore; her daughter Janet Murphy; and her granddaughter Kimberly Quintly.

She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Philippi (Bob). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren along with numerous friends and family.

In lieu of flowers her request was for donations to the Senior Center in Nocona, Texas.
