It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Venita McGalliard of Kennard, Texas, born in Denton, Texas, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Lynch, Sr. and Anna Grace Lynch (Brown); her husband Jimmie McGalliard; her great grandchild Cason Collinsworth; and her siblings, Helen Reed, Waldine Inmon, Jennie Lou Sauls, Hugh Lynch, Jr., John Lynch and Bob Lynch.
She is survived by: her daughter Jana; her son-in-law Randall Brockett of Denton; her daughter Darla; her son-in-law Donnie Collinsworth of Kennard; her grandchildren, Kasie Ostrom of Aubrey, Jeremy Collinsworth of Dallas, Brian (Karen Brockett) of Roslyn Heights, N. Y., Ashley Ross of Crockett, Jake Parker of Denton, Paige (Bryan Stringer) of Denton and Cody (Nikki Collinsworth) of Kennard; and her great grandchildren, Cade, Rylea, Jorden, Kylie, Lexi, Zoe, Sloan, Westen, Waylon, Maylie and Kamden. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law.
