He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Mack Morgan and Willie Verne Caddenhead; and his sister Diana Munsinger. He is survived by: his wife Suzi Morgan of Kennard; his children, Emily Morgan of Lufkin and Brandon Morgan of Lufkin; his siblings, Benny Morgan of Olla, LA, Darrell Wayne Nelms of Huntsville, Katherine Rodriguez (Pablo) of Crockett, Mary Navarro (Adam) of Corsicana and Sheila Nelms of Lufkin; and his stepson Joshua Eggemeyer of Carrollton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jim English Cemetery, 3154 C.R. 1075, Kennard, Texas 75847.
