He is survived by: his wife Jean Hammons of Burrantown; his children, Russell Hammons (Stephanie) of Burrantown, Teresa Wells (Charles) of Tadmor, Anita Meador (Joe) of Weches, Kim Henderson (Robby) of Avinger and Christa Fuller (Adam) of Burrantown; his grandchildren, Melissa Riley, Justin Wells (Misty), Aldon Rhea Kellum, Candace Mellick (Nathan), Oren Cummings, Cade Hammons, Kasie Hammons, Taylor Hammons, Ethan Champagne (Gabby), Collin Champagne, Ava Champagne, Sean Fuller, Travis Fuller and Alyssa Fuller; his great grandchildren, Jace, Kariana, Julie, Prestin, Parker, Pyper, Kylyn Kamryn, Violet, Claire, Eli, Billy, Rylee and Noah; and his siblings, Lou Cook of Crockett, Thelbert Hammons of Huffman, George Hammons (Nelda) of Zavala, Bill Hammons (Gayle) of Ft. Worth and Reagan Hammons of Crockett.
