He is survived by: his children, Kayla Ackley of Kennard, Nathan Ackley (Emily) of Elkhart and Sarah Ackley of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Kylie Branch, Kasen Ackley, Mason Ackley and Maci Ackley; and his sisters, Linda Kelley (John) of Buffalo, Susan Mitchell (Carl) of Crockett and Beth Morton (Lee) of Lufkin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
