It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucile Aka Lucia M Garza of Kenedy, Texas, born in Goliad, Texas, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomasita Aguilar Montez and Baldomero Montez; and her siblings, Josefina Montez, Margarita Vasquez and Manuel Montez.
She is survived by: her son Vidal M. Garza Jr. (Belia) of Kenedy, TX; her grandchildren, Beckie Garza Garcia (David), Maggie Garza Gonzales (Leo) and Vidal Garza III (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Marissa Garcia, Adrianna Garcia, Michael David Garcia, Amber Gonzales, Moses Gonzales, Jacob Gonzales, Joseph Garza and Joshua Garza; and her brothers, Baldomero Montez and Jesse Montez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
