He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Velasquez Ramon and Eduardo E. Ramon Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Leticia Ramon (Eddie Reyes) of Kenedy and Michael V. Ramon (Maria) of Pampa, TX. He is also survived by 5 nephews, 2 nieces and 2 great nephews.
