He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Zerfass Ruthenberg; his daughter Lisa Lynn Atkinson (Scott) of Kenedy; his siblings, Bonnie Austin (Denis) of New Baltimore, MI and Dale Ruthenberg of Wadhams, MI; and his grandchildren, David Ferron III (Renee), Alleasha Smith (Lance), Katlyn Martin (Sterling), Taylor Garcia (Justin) and Jacob Atkinson.
