He is survived by: his wife San Juanita DeLeon Amaya; his children, Sona Hernandez of Kenedy, Mikaela Nofchessey of San Antonio, Isabel Zapata of Victoria, Raquella Amaya of Kenedy, Rebecca Amaya of Kenedy, Benito Amaya of Kenedy, Erasmo Amaya of Falfurrias, Esteban Amaya of Kenedy and Isidro Amaya, Jr. of San Antonio; and his siblings, Maria Amaya Inez of Floresville, Petra Ramirez of Runge, Juan Amaya, Jr. of Kenedy, David Amaya of Kenedy and Martin Amaya of Kenedy. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
