She was predeceased by: her parents, George Havelka and Matilda Kobza Havelka; her husband Klem Strmiska; her children, Dennis Strmiska and Cheryl Strmiska; and her siblings, Henrietta Sibley and Jerry Havelka.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley (Lee Wilson) of Bertram, Texas. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and one great great grandson; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
