It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Kret of Kendalia, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Nelson and Nell Nelson; her daughter Patricia Demeuse; and her husband Joseph F. "Jodie" Kret, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann "Woo Woo" Wampler and Roy A. Bendele, Jr.; and her sons-in-law, James "Bear" Wampler and Alan Demeuse. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
