Billings (Diann) of Freer, Betty Billings Dinn of Corpus Christi, Mary Cecil Billings Walker of Freer and Kella Billings Figueroa of Bandera, Texas..

“Condolences to you, Charla, and your beautiful family on the loss of your leader...we called him Baby Floyd, then Little Floyd when he got to high school. Aunt Norma sent him to live with us in Laredo for a short time to go to our schools. Don't know how he could stand being away from that beautiful ranch. There was always a smile on his face.”
