She is survived by: her husband Mark Kurtz; her sister Debbie Forbes (John) of Copperas Cove, Texas; her children, Chelsea Myers (Rob) of Killeen, Texas and Chandler Kurtz of Fort Hood, Texas; her grandchildren, Mallory and Logan Myers of Killeen, Texas; her nieces and nephews, Tara Jimenez (Julian) of Harker Heights, Texas, Krystal Johnson (Rob) of Copperas Cove, Texas, Adam Mikeska (Mandy) of Georgetown, Texas and Christopher Davis (Amanda) of Sharpsburg, Maryland; and her brother-in-law James Davis of Sharpsburg.
