She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerald Wayne Watson and Cecelia Catherine Banta Novey. She is survived by: her husband Rafael Ortiz Jr.; her sons, Marcus Luna Deleon and Brandon Joseph Ortiz; her grandson Caellum Elton Ortiz; and her siblings, Angeline Margaret Brown, Theresa Yvonne Hart, Clifton Danner Novey, Wayne Novey and Bert Arthur Novey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
