Mims, Thomas C. Mims (Jennie), Carolyn Mims, Harvey L. Mims, Ada M. Andrews (Roosevelt), Dale R. Mims, Craig S. Mims (Lesia), Angela D. Mims and Rodney M. Mims (Patricia Ann); his stepsisters, Judy Pullin and Mary Preston (Allen); his sister-in-law JoAnne Mims; and his siblings, Myrtle Joyce Grant (Augustus) and John C Mims, Jr.. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
