He is survived by: his former wife Beverly Gunther; his children, Carolynn (David Dolan), Elizabeth (Chad Fairey), Tommy (Jacki Apligian), Hailey (Jaime Meraz) and Anne Marie; his wife Meshell Johnson; his daughter Annemarie (Brian McKay); and his siblings, Janice Hedke, Edward Apligian and Charles Apligian.
In lieu of flowers, Tom requested donations to be made to the Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ Monastery.
