He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Kathleen Deminico (Michael) of Firsco and Gerald Whitehead (Cheryl) of Kemp; his granddaughter Kristen Blair (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Caroline of The Woodlands and Philip of The Woodlands; his sisters, Donna Whitehead Hellings of Missouri, Mary Fisher of Missouri, Shirley Carlton of Missouri and Janice Snider of Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Dewoody and Barbara Whitehead. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
