He is survived by: his wife Faith; his children, Tim Fortner, Tony Fortner and Karen Fortner Schwab; his daughters-in-law, Christy and Melissa Fortner; and his siblings, William Fortner MD and Bonita Fortner French. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
