It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Tidwell of Kemp, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Franklin and Mary Jacqulene Tidwell (Hooe); and her brother-in-law Terry Spurgeon. She is survived by: her pets, Pinky, Yorky, O. P. and Baron; her sister Jolynne Spurgeon of Kemp, Texas; her nephews, John Scott (Stephan Spurgeon) and Odis Wayne; and her niece Ollie Jack. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
