He was predeceased by: his parents, James Colwell and Evelyn Gallatin (Sharpe); his wife Linda Gallatin; the mother of his children Mary Beth Gallatin; and his brother Jim Gallatin.
He is survived by: his former wife Linda Ayers; his sons, David Gallatin of Bunker Hill and Daryl Gallatin (Kristine) of Hudson, MA; his grandchildren, Lynn McAlum and Brad Gallatin; and his nieces and nephews, Vicki Ayers Lee, Dwayne Ayers, Norman Ayers Jr., Meg McGuire and Brian Gallatin.
