He is survived by: his children, Michael Ray Cox (Jodi) and Teresa Lannette McCord (Stephen Lynn); his grandchildren, John Cox, Austin Cox, Kevin Cox, Tasha Cutter, Magen Pross, Jamie McCord and Joseph McCord; his siblings, Kenneth Randall Cox (Lori Cox) and Diane Whiteside (James Whiteside); his parents-in-law, Mary Grace Adkisson (Gracie) and Odell Adkisson; his brother Michael Dennis Cox; and also Haven Cox.
