He is survived by: his children, Shanda Forman (David) of Murchison, Kenny Mangum of Tennessee, David Mangum, Jessica Hooper of Kemp and Meghann Hooper of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Sean Jones, Dylan Houston and Makayla Jones (Becky Hooper) of San Antonio.
