She was predeceased by: her parents, Jorge Villareal and Virginia Villareal; her sisters, Susie Ramirez, Beatrice Silva and Mary Almaguer; her sons, Charlie Soto and Rudy Soto; and her grandson Spencer Soto.

She is survived by: her friend Rick; her children, Susie Spaulding (Scott), Diane Lande (Chuck) and Liz Hilton (Ed); her grandchildren, Paul Avila Jr., Kristina Jones, Abbey Cheek, Garrett, Gillian Hilton, Jordan, Jeremy Lande, Sophie and Sydney Spaulding; her great grandchildren, Ilyana Gibson, Rachel Sanchez, Khloe, Shawn Jones, Codie, Anderson and Spencer Cheek; and her siblings, Dolores Payne, George Reyes and Roy Reyes.
