She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Davis and Elizabeth Davis; her husband John Howard Epps, Sr.; and her parents-in-law, Garnet Alexander and Freddie Mae Epps.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Samuel "Sam" Epps, John Howard Epps, Jr. (Lita) and Andrew Epps (Alison); her brother Stephen Davis; her sisters-in-law, Linda Epps Fullen and Rebecca Epps Stewart (Dennis); and her grandson James Alexander Epps.
