He is survived by: his parents, Paul Flick and Jeanette Flick; his wife Kerry; his sister Suzanne Scalise (Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Logan Scalise, Landon Scalise and Michele Scalise; his mother-in-law Lorriane Pica; and his brother-in-law John Paul Pica, Jr..
