He is survived by: his wife MaryLou Lopez Ochoa; his children, Ruben Ochoa, Jr. (Monica), Rudy Ochoa (Melissa) and Vickie Gonzalez (Joel); his grandchildren, Allysa Ochoa (D'Marion), Marcus Ochoa and Xavier Ochoa; his siblings, Samuel Ochoa (Vicky), Leonardo Ochoa, Reynaldo Ochoa, Beatrice Gonzales, San Juanita Delgado (David) and Sarita Ochoa; and also Isaiah Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A rosary was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
