He is survived by: his children, Susan Scott Smith (Tony), David Ray Scott and Stuart Dean Scott; his grandchildren, James (Angela), Emily, Matthew and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Julia, Brandon and Noah.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
