With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Chavarria III of Kemah, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on October 20, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Chavarria, Jr. and Paula Martinez Chavarria; and his sister Juanita Green. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Chavarria of Dana Point, CA and Manuel Martinez Chavarria, IV of Galveston; and his siblings, Nettie Williams of Santa Fe, Texas, Albert Chavarria (Margie) of Galveston, Antonio "Tony" Chavarria of Galveston and Ralph Chavarria (Kitty) of Galveston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“My sincere sympathy goes out to Manny's family and loved ones. May God give you peace and comfort throughout the days ahead. Manny was loved by all who knew him at Clear Creek Community Church. He was a servant of the Lord. I volunteered with him at the Wednesday evening church service on occasion with counting the thithes and offerings. He was a very pleasant gentleman to work with, and I will remember him as a true friend. He will be misssed! Blessings, Susie Hembree”
