He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Dennis Quirk and Patricia Eileen Quirk. He is survived by : his children, Ashton Elizabeth Quirk and Jerred-Anson Scott Quirk; his former life partner Nicole Lynn Quirk; his sister Dawn Marie Quirk Rodriguez (Joseph Ortiz Rodriguez); and his nieces, Antoinette Elizabeth Rodriguez and Anabela Patricia Rodriguez.
