He is survived by : his wife Marie of LaMarque; his children, Eva I of Kemah and David Hern of Friendswood; his daughter-in-law Lynne Hern of Friendswood; his granddaughter Brooke A. Hern of Friendswood; his siblings, Delores Robinson of Texas City, Robert "Tiny", Joe Hern, Weona Johnson, Juanita Filidei and Yvonne Daniel; and also Lillie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
