She is survived by: her parents, Ed Mann and Karen Mann; her husband Steve Clark; her children, Addie Maelynn Clark and Cade Edward Clark; her brothers, EJ Mann and Steven Mann; her great-grandparents, Keith and Elizabeth Twiggs; her grandparents, Bob and Donna Mann; her uncle Bobby; her aunt Connie Mann; and her grandmothers, Mills, Donna Young and Dorothy Locke.
