With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rebecca Elizabeth Scott (Keller, Texas), born in Albany, Oregon, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father Bob Haggard. She is survived by: her daughter Emma Elizabeth; her mother Sharon Willeford; and her siblings, Keith Haggard (Michelle), Melissa Stoddard, Kristina Haggard and Kerrie Scott (Scott). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She graduated from UNT in 2020 and sadly wasn't able to walk her stage due to COVID.
