She is survived by: her son Steven A. Kacir; her daughter-in-law Johna N. Kacir of Fort Worth, TX; her granddaughter Magen L. Lasker (Evan Pate); her great grandchild Nora L. Lasker of Keller, TX; her grandson Jacob F. Kacir; her granddaughter-in-law Mia Kacir; her great grandchild Johnny N. Kacir of Bulverde, TX; her grandson Zachary A. Kacir (Lindsey Hayes); her great grandchild Forest S. Kacir of Fort Worth, TX; and her grandson Lucas L. Kacir (Carley Bly).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Peggy S. Kacir's name to the American Heart Association, in honor of the compassionate and loving spirit she embodied throughout her life.
