She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyne Byrd and Myrtis Byrd. She is survived by: her husband Jim Perry; her daughters, Sherry (Michael Copeland) and Lisa (Mark Fite); her stepchildren, Kelley (Kyle Yates), Tracy (Don Brock), Melissa (Mike Wade) and Rick Perry (Carolina); her grandchildren, Dr. Spencer Copeland, Cameron Copeland (Jia), Josh Yates, Aaron Green, Matthew Wade, MarKayla Fite, Alanna (Ryan Baker), Kristin Tanz, Alyssa Yates, Madison Wade and Paige Perry Modglin (Matthew); her aunt Wanda Braswell; and her nieces, Judy Braswell Young (Steve) and Christy Byrd Ulmet. She is also survived by one great niece and two great nephews and countless friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Keller (225 Keller Pkwy, Keller, TX 76248).
