He is survived by: his wife Cindi Black (Hartpence) of Roanoke, TX; his daughter Sierra (Black); his son-in-law Tyler Quebbeman of Ft. Worth, TX; his son Ty of Roanoke, TX; his parents, Bill Black and Lalia Black of Camp Bandina, TX; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Karen Black of Denton, TX; his brother Jimmy; his sister-in-law Misty Black of Byesville, OH; his parents-in-law, Sarah Hartpence of Keller, TX, Annette and Miguel Carbajal of Mora Leon; and his sisters-in-law, Kris, Joanne Pearce of Dallas, TX, Lory LeBlanc of Dallas, TX and Melissa Fleskas of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by foster children and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that people make a donation in the buckets at the front of the church for the orphanage in Mexico or make a check payable to Lake Cities and notate it's for the orphanage.
