He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn; his parents, Vincent and Frances; and his siblings, Connie, Josie, Edmund and Felix.
He is survived by: his sons, David Jr. (Tracy), Vincent (Mary) and Timothy (Mary); his grandchildren, David III, Rick, Kirsten, Brandon (David Jr), Elizabeth, Sarah Joseph (Vincent), Stephen and Katherine (Timothy); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Dane (David III), Jack (Rick), Ella, Charlie (Elizabeth), Connor, Reid (Sarah) and Lilly (Joe Bienek). He is also survived by his family and friends.
