She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Ford, Trey Ford and Jonna Smith (Sterling); her grandchildren, Eli Ford (Haley), Micah Ford, Baylee Glenn (Jordan), Morgan Smith and Brandon Smith; and her siblings, Larry Overby and Debi Dault.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, Parkinson's Foundation, or the American Heart Association in Carol's memory.
