He was predeceased by: his father Manuel "Gurdo" Rios Garcia III. He is survived by: his mother Angelita Vasquez Garcia (Curby) of Cleburne; his stepmother Kelly Garcia of Mineola; and his siblings, Manuel Garcia (Sheryl) of Cleburne, Albert Salazar (Carolyn) of Cleburne, John Salazar of Cleburne, Robert Garcia of Burleson, Kelly Jones (Michael) of Mineola and Anastasia Garcia of New York City. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
