He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin "Shorty" Osborne and Ella Lee Hudson Osborne; and his siblings, Betty Lee Treece and Pat Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Phillips Osborne; his children, Danny Osborne (Mary) and Loretta Scott (Danny); his grandchildren, Michael Scott (Danielle), Taylor Scott (Amanda), Chris Mosteiro (Amanda) and Courtney Hill (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Mason Scott, Levi Scott, Harper Scott, Jaden Nebel, Avery Hill and Marcus Hill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Brazos Point Cemetery (56 FM Rd, Kopperl, TX 76652).
