She is survived by: her husband David Flatt; her children, Brian Martindale (Christi), Krista Reid (Cody), Heather Flatt Couch, Robin Rene Flatt, Clota Jade Santana, Jason Graf and Aaron Martindale (Kristen); and her siblings, Viva Shea Burk (Larry) and Farris Dan Wicker (Sharon). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
