She is survived by four children, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

They had a huge impact on my life during their time at Salem Baptist Church: puppet shows, going to Dog Patch USA and Magic Spring to perform, Ellen's homemade seat covers in the church van, Delbert's classic cars. Ellen had a very artistic mind and kept her hands busy with many projects. Their unconditional love for others. I know she will be missed here on earth but I am so happy that they have been reunited in heaven. Joe and Caryl Trimble”
