She was predeceased by: her parents, George Spacek and Emma Spacek; her husband James Leo Chernosky; her siblings, Harlan Spacek, George Spacek, Dolores Ranton and Laverne Norman; and her grandson Clint Chernosky.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Chernosky (Lori), Danny Chernosky (Linda) and Michael Chernosky. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
