He was predeceased by: his father Harold Creagh Storey; his son Christopher Scott Storey; his mother Mildred Evelyn O'Neal Storey; his sister Marilyn Elaine Moorman; and his brother-in-law John William Moorman.
He is survived by: his friend Vertis; his wife Mary Carolyn Storey (Phillips); his daughter Alison Storey-Novak (Mark Novak); his grandchildren, Vanessa Collins and Storey White (Destinae White); and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Carpenter and Christopher Carpenter. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Max Slayton Funeral Chapel (642 N Rockwall Ave, Terrell, TX 75160).
