He is survived by: his former wife Betty Jean Mills; his wife Kathy Etheridge of Kaufman; his sons, James Lee Etheridge (Tresa) of Arlington, Jeffery Lynn Etheridge (Jeff) of Arlington, Michael Bruce (Delrea) of Florida and Thomas Jay "TJ" Etheridge of Kaufman; his siblings, James Donald Etheridge (Betty) of Fort Worth and Elizabeth Janette Wilcox of Florida; his grandchildren, Jimmy Neal Etheridge, Teresa Etheridge, TJ Etheridge, Devan Barton, Courtney Etheridge, Jordan Kunkle and Brian Bruce; his great grandchildren, Charlene Schwartz, Ray Jr. Schwartz, James Schwartz, Lilliana Barrow, Daniel Barrow, Ella Bruce and Tyler Kriska; his grandson Buster; and his daughter Dixie.
