With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley McClanahan of Kaufman, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 22, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtlin Belcher and Mildred Belcher; her husband Donald Kirby McClanahan; and her granddaughter Rebecca Torres. She is survived by: her daughter Monica Torres (Hector Torres); her granddaughter Alyssa Ann Torres; her siblings, Alan Belcher (Melody) of Larue, TX and Debra Hagler (Gene) of Kaufman, TX; her niece Rachel Hagler; her nephew Derek McClanahan; and her siblings-in-law, Jack McClanahan (Autumn) of McKinney, TX and Retta McClanahan of Rowlett, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorials are made to First Baptist Church of Kaufman and Kaufman County Library.
